“Perla Verde” Residential Complex in Riccione, Italy

We are pleased to announce the completion of the metal roofing system for the new “Perla Verde” residential complex, located in the heart of Riccione, Italy, in a strategic area close to the seafront and major commercial zones. This project represents an ideal balance of aesthetics, energy efficiency, and advanced construction technology.


For this development, COPERALL 21 profiled metal sheets were installed—an 8/10 steel, high-performance and versatile solution with a symmetrical profile that ensures excellent structural strength, high walkability, and outstanding resistance to external weathering. The anthracite finish was selected to harmonize seamlessly with the building’s contemporary architectural design, enhancing both its functional and aesthetic value.


A key highlight of the “Perla Verde” complex is its top-tier energy performance: the development has achieved an A4 energy rating, the highest classification for residential buildings. This level guarantees energy consumption below 15 kWh/m² per year, made possible by advanced thermal insulation design and the integration of renewable-energy systems. The benefits include significantly reduced operating costs, superior indoor comfort, and a considerable reduction in CO₂ emissions.


The COPERALL 21 profiled metal sheets are certified in the external fire performance class BROOF (t1, t2, t3), ensuring long-term safety and reliability. Their high walkability also facilitates the installation of photovoltaic systems, further supporting the innovative and sustainable approach adopted in this project.
