Description
ASTROPOL ANTIROOT is a polymer-modified waterproofing membrane made of distilled bitumen modified with polyolefins and selected copolymers, that make it very adhesive and flexible at low temperatures.
The anti-root properties are achieved with a purpose-designed additive that remains stable in time within the bituminous mass and does not leach out to any materials in contact with ASTROPOL ANTIROOT, be it garden soil or else. The homogeneous dispersion of the additive within the compound of the membranes ensures that roots cannot penetrate ASTROPOL ANTIROOT even at joint overlaps.
